Privacy Notice
Last updated 5 September 2026
This notice covers mycreditgps.com, the pre-launch site for Credit GPS in the United States. Today this site does one thing: it takes your name and email so we can write to you when Credit GPS opens in your state. It does not connect to your bank, read your credit reports, or take payment.
What we collect
- Your name and email address.
- Your state, your preferred language, and what brought you here — all self-reported, all optional except the state.
- Whether you agreed to this notice, and whether you opted in to updates.
- Basic acquisition data: the page language, the referring page, and any campaign tags in the link you followed.
What we do with it
- Write to you when Credit GPS becomes available in your state.
- Send occasional updates, only if you opted in. Every message has an unsubscribe link.
- Understand which states and languages to open first.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your information. Not to data brokers, not to lenders, not to anyone.
- We do not share it for anyone else's advertising.
- We do not run credit checks. Nothing on this site affects your credit reports or credit scores in any way.
Where it is stored
- In a hosted Postgres database operated by Supabase, with access restricted to Credit GPS.
- Our infrastructure currently runs in Canada. Credit GPS is operated by a company with both Canadian and United States entities, so your information may be handled in either country under this notice.
How long we keep it
- Until you ask us to remove it, or until two years after the US launch if you never became a member — whichever comes first.
Your choices
- Ask for a copy of what we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct it.
- Ask us to delete it, and to take you off every list.
- Unsubscribe from updates at any time using the link in the message.
Children
- This site is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
- When Credit GPS launches in the United States, this notice is replaced by a fuller one covering account data, connected financial accounts, and credit report data. We will post the new notice here and email anyone on this list before it takes effect.
